Welcome back 80's!!! This beautiful Scaasi Boutique for Saks Fifth Avenue dress is a rare find!!! Still in great shape! However size and fabric tags cutout. I assume the fabric is silk since this designer used that mainly. Made in the USA. Also the Saks tag needs to be tacked back on as it's literally hanging by a thread.
