Has A Removable Bow At The Top With Rhinestone Detail In The Middle Of It. It’s In Excellent Preowned Vintage Condition Except For One Barely Noticeable Flaw- The Skirt Area Of The Dress Has Some Slight Discoloration Spots (Shown In Photos).
