This Is A Truly Amazing Black Felt Hat From The 1970s' That Appears To Never Have Been Worn, Since The Tags Are Still Attached. Purchased From An Estate Sale Along With Other Fabulous Hats Of The Era. The Crown Is Round And Serves As A Cap To Hold The Upturned, Asymmetrically Placed Wide Brim. Then Edges Of The Crown And Brim Are Adorned With A Band Of Black Sequins. At The Front Side Where The Brim Meets The Crown There Is A Magnificent Decoration Made Of Sequins And Beads, From Which A Wide Spray Of Black Feathers Emerge. This Is Simply Stunning!
